Andria Nadiradze

Andrea Nadiradze advises on corporate, commercial, and capital matters, bringing over a decade of experience in institutional negotiation, government relations, and large-scale operational delivery across the public health and international development sectors.

At UNICEF Georgia, Andrea served as Statistics Officer, where he initiated and led the country's first national biomonitoring survey — a study that revealed 41% of children in Georgia had elevated blood lead levels and catalysed major national reforms. He also initiated the establishment of a modern laboratory for chemical risk factor analysis at Georgia's National Center for Disease Control, securing government ownership of the initiative, mobilising donor support, and leading its operational setup, including equipment procurement and training of technical personnel.

Andrea subsequently served as Environmental Health and Climate Team Lead at UNICEF China, where he expanded the country office's climate portfolio and partnerships. He led initiatives to strengthen environmental health surveillance and to expand access to low-carbon water and sanitation infrastructure for communities on the Tibetan Plateau.

His experience negotiating with governments, mobilising donor and investment support, and building operational infrastructure from the ground up informs his current work advising on corporate structuring, commercial transactions, and capital mobilisation.
