Irakli Ksovreli is a prominent Georgian attorney and the founder of the law firm VLS Legal. With extensive experience in constitutional and administrative law, he previously served as the Head of the Legal Department of the Constitutional Court of Georgia.
During his tenure at the Constitutional Court, he led high-level legal research and legislative initiatives, collaborating with international organizations on institutional reforms. Irakli holds a Master’s degree in International Tax Law from Lund University (Sweden) and a law degree from Tbilisi State University. He is widely recognized for his expertise in navigating complex legal frameworks and his commitment to the development of the rule of law in Georgia.
